Semisils has won the 28th Taiwan Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Award by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).

In the treatment of silicon-containing waste and organic waste (including semiconductor industry and solar energy industry), non-traditional incineration and landfill recycling technology are adopted. Using waste silicon slurry to produce recycled silicon dioxide, becomes a set of silicon cycle multi-effect regeneration systems and its technology is competitive in the industry.
